That was really fun to play. I totally prefer the idea of limiting the steps compared to Minit's time limit. The fact that I can stop and think in the middle makes it much more relaxing. The only thing I found a bit frustrating is the dark dungeons since I don't like to rely on my memory (I died a lot doing the same actions over and over) but that's just a personal preference. Overall, it was a joy to play. Next goal is to get the coins since I missed all of them.

Thanks a lot :) I am glad you enjoyed the game :) There is a torch upgrade that you can grab that make the dungeons easy and no need to lots of memory :)

This is one of the games where I had a feeling I would never win. After losing 2 times, I quit. Later, I felt an urge to return and give it another try. Oh boy, It was such a satisfying comeback. I barely made it on normal but it felt amazing to analyze my past mistakes and reconsider my strategies.
I like the art, sounds, music and level designs. I specially admire the high replay value; there are still many things that I wish to go back and try.
I wish you great success with the full game.

Ah, thank you very much! It's so nice to read a detailed opinion like this. Glad you had fun! I hope the full game will be just bigger and better!

This is an artistic masterpiece. The artwork, sound design, music and environment are mesmerizing. The only thing I dislike is the camera controls. First, the game does not capture the mouse pointer so the rotation gets interrupted whenever I reach the edge of the screen. Also, the camera distance changes abruptly when transitioning between open and closed areas. However, this didn't prevent me from curiously exploring this wonderful creation.

Noted! If I choose to make this into a bigger game I will definitely fix that. Originally it was designed as a PC app so I didn't really think about the windowed controls. So I'll keep that in mind for sure.

Edited: Cursor lock should now be working! Thanks again!

Great game. the mechanics are intuitive and levels has a lot of depth. I love those adorable character designs. The ghost character is especially a nice mix between cute in normal mode and scary in attack mode which makes it admirable. The trickiest enemy is the bat to be honest and compared to other enemies, I think it is the only one that requires some long term planning to defeat. Since one of the enemies looked a spirit form of the player character, I initially thought the queen is some kind of boss and I was approaching her too cautiously :') I really hope to see more of this game one day.

Hey, thanks for playing it, I'm glad you've enjoyed! (:

Really interesting to know how you approached to the Pumpqueen, haha.

This is extremely fun to play. It was hard and a bit confusing the first few times but a few trials in and it felt intuitive to play. What took me some time to get used to is the fact that only the enemies are turn based and I can move freely at any time. I kept planning for a while as if I can only move once per turn.
I know that it is against the nature of rogue-likes to save any progress but I wish there would be an option to skip the tutorial rooms after the first time since they feel repetitive after a few trials. The juicy parts start after the proc-gen kicks in.

I wanted to do that too but I was designing in Pico-8 and I reached the token count :) maybe if more people liked it, I can try to make a bigger version :) Thanks again for playing the game and I am really happy that you enjoyed it :)
